Entering The edge you are instantly transported to a world of total luxury and unmistakable elegance - a place of peace and relaxation. The edge, recognized as a private villa complex, is spread over nearly 3 hectares of land in Uluwatu and appears to balance precariously on the edge of a dramatic cliff where the Villas offer breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, 80 metres below.

THE BUTLERS

The edge has a Team of Butlers who have all been certified with the "Magnum Butler Training". The Butlers provide 24 hour Personal Butler service; from unpacking and packing luggage, to preparing and serving meals and arranging tours, events and performances upon request, as well as a fully integrated concierge service. Because of the private nature of The edge, the Butlers are discreet and respect the privacy of each guest.

ACCOMMODATION

The edge consists of luxury Villas that are both spacious and elegant. Each Villa has the latest fully integrated entertainment audio and visual system, including wi-fi internet, as well as state-of-the-art lighting system, private pool, Jacuzzi style bath tubs, fully catered kitchen and stunning views.

THE VILLA

This one bedroom villa is 750sqm in size and may be taken as a stand-alone Villa or reserved a part of The Cliff Villa (refer below). With uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean and consisting of a large ensuited bedroom, this Villa has a typical balé style roof, teak flooring, clean lines and local artefacts.

There is an extensive living and dining area inside. A large swimming pool made of natural stone is outside, as well as an expansive outdoor deck with a dining and relaxing balé.

THE SHORE

Taking in views of the Indian Ocean and the surrounding Gamal Forest, this two-storey Villa is 1500sqm in size and boasts two ensuited bedrooms, an extensive living room, an exclusive dining room area with ocean views and a Library. Both of the ensuites are luxurious and include rain shower and jet-bathubs. The Shore can be joined with The Villa to make a total of 3 bedrooms and reserved as The Cliff.

A stunning pool runs the length of the deck and there is also a relaxing area and balé from where to take in the breathtaking views of the Ocean and forest.

THE MOOD

This luxuriously appointed Villa is 1500sqm and has two ensuited bedrooms as well as a spacious, modern living room with a separate elegant dining room. Outside is a large deck, relaxing balé overlooking the stunning swimming pool. A perfect Villa for family or friends travelling together.

THE VIEW

This is the largest and most opulent of the Villas is 3500sqm and is located in the centre of The edge. The Villas has five bedrooms that overlook the Indian Ocean. With a separate living room, private dining room, two swimming pools and two bales, this is an extremely luxurious Villa.

The View also features some wonderful additions. There is a private media room and a childen's activity room inside, whilst outside this luxury accommodation is surrounded by a vast tropical garden and an outdoor deck.

THE CUISINE

Whether guests elect to dine at The Restaurant, perched high above the Indian Ocean, in their Villa or by the pool, The edge prides itself on its innovative menu, using only the freshest of products. As well an a la carte menu, guests can of course request tailor-made dining experiences to their specific requirements - for example: private seafood BBQ, Indonesian and Romantic menus, Sunset Tea and a seductive selection of homemade desserts to tempt the tastebuds.

The Restaurant also has an extensive wine cellar with over 200 vintage selections, providing a vast selection from their Beverage List - from coffee, mocktails and smoothies, to cocktails, fine wines and spirits as well as Sparkling wines and Champagnes. Not only to be enjoyed with a meal, drinks are also served at The Bar, adjacent to the main pool and perched high above the Indian Ocean with dramatic views.

Multi award-winning Executive Chef Arief Wicaksono, has set a new level of culinary excellence at The edge. Beginning his career at Bali's famed Ku De Ta, Chef Arief was lured to The Elements Restaurant in Dubai, before returning to Bali for positions at The Conrad & Karma Kanandra. Lured back to Dubai as Executive Chef at Hive Restaurant, Chef Arief finally returned to Bali, making his mark as Executive Chef at the most recognized and awarded restaurant - Metis, where over his 5 years tenure he has established himself a one of Indonesia's most exceptional Chefs. The edge is proud to welcome him as part of the Team.

THE SPA ON THE EDGE

The edge provides a fully equipped Gymnasium, Resort Pool, Wine Cellar, Wine tasting lounge, Theatre, Office, Cigar Room and Kids Room which may be supervised on request. The wonderfully helpful Team at The edge can arrange tours, shopping trips, sightseeing, car hire (with and without a driver) and much more to ensure guests enjoy a most memorable stay.

THE EDGE EXTENSION

A few years in the planning and execution, The edge has delivered its stunning Extension which is located adjacent to the "original" resort. There has been the addition four Villas of one, two and three bedrooms, a Club - that encapsulates a 2 x lane bowling alley, karaoke room, bar, dance floor and a flood-lit tennis court on its roof. There is the mind-blowing swimming pool with its glass bottom and sides, Seas Restaurants and bar plus much more. The edge provides everything the discerning traveler would require.

THE ONE

Perfectly positioned at the edge of the cliff. The One is quite simply Bali's most breathtaking new Villa. Complete with one large bedroom, living area, custom kitchen, state of the art entertainment system, as well as a natural stone pool and expansive deck with unobstructed cliff-front views of the Indian Ocean. The One can be combined with The Breeze and The Ocean for the ultimate Wedding Venue, reception & honeymoon option.

The BREEZE

A stunning one bedroom Villa with an expansive living and dining area, custom kitchen, state of the art entertainment system, natural stone pool and outdoor bale. There is also direct access to an expansive deck area - perfect for any special event.

THE OCEAN

The Ocean is a beautiful two level, 2 x bedroom Villa with stunning views of the Indian Ocean. This Villa is fully equipped with large bedrooms and living areas both inside and out, as well as a custom kitchen. A state-of-the-art entertainment system, enormous natural stone pool and outdoor bale are all at the guests' disposal. Perfect for a family/friends retreat and/or a special event.

THE RIDGE

A luxurious & expansive 3 x bedroom Villa that overlooks the entire Estate. The Ridge has it's own private entrance and features large living areas both inside and outside, a huge natural stone swimming pool, magnificent outdoor pond area, large lawn and two large outdoor bales. oneeighty° is a spectacular addition to the property and a celebration of sophisticated beach culture. Perched on the edge of the cliff alongside a series of cascading ponds that spill into a jaw-dropping infinity pool - The Sky Pool. This totally breathtaking pool has glass on all 3 sides and bottom and projects 6.5 metres from the cliff face, over the ocean 500 feet below. Guests of oneeighty° may relax on the cliff-side VIP deck, recline on a sunbed, in the sand lounge or take a table at the enclosed bar where they can enjoy a lunch-time menu, cocktail or a wine from the Wine Spectator Award-winning wine list. By night the mood changes and oneeighty° transforms into a tranquil oasis, complete with chilled soundtracks & up-lit coconut palms.

SEAS RESTAURANT

Overlooking oneeighty° and the Indian Ocean beyond is seas restaurant where the menu takes guests on a whistle-stop tour of South East Asia - with clever presentations and masterful techniques. Wine connoisseurs will love the award-winning wine list. The collection of over 2,000 bottles are located in two purpose-built cellars and pay homage to the big names of France & Italy as well as giving voice to some lesser known labels from around the world.

THE CAVE

In the midst of the resort is a secret cave revealed only by chance, that feeds into an ocean cave at the base of the cliff. This unique location provides the perfect setting for guests of The edge to enjoy repast, ritual or romance. With limited seating and customized menus, The cave is set to make it's mark as one of Bali's most remarkable dining experiences.

The Club

Available for the use of in-house guests only, The Club is the perfect place to spend the afternoon with family or friends or even enjoy the ultimate after-party! With two state-of-the-art tenpin bowling lanes, private cinema/karaoke room, 1500 bottle wine cellar, private bar, DJ Lounge and rooftop tennis court, The club has something to entertain everyone.
