Opened in 2001 and hidden behind an art gallery, between St. Germain-des-Prés and Montparnasse is The Atelier 103 Apartment. Once a photography Studio from the last century and now transformed into a unique apartment that can be rented for a minimum 3 nights, by the week or by the month.
Romantic Atelier 103 is in perfect harmony with the village-style neighbourhood, buzzing with art galleries, chic boutiques and cafés. A stunning quality ground-floor one bedroom apartment (plus sofa bed) overlooking a pretty paved courtyard. The décor is an elegant combination of Ralf Lauren's masculine tones, energetic Kenzo strips and Caravane cushions. Large over-sized lamp, suspended from the ceiling imitating a protective parasol, add to the elegant poetry of this exclusive Parisian hideaway.
The living room is welcoming and comfortable, with large windows, excellent lighting and has free fibre optic internet access, telephone (free calls to French landlines & mobiles) and a safe. Adjoining the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen complete with dining area and washing machine/clothes dryer.
The bright spacious bedroom boasts a king-size bed (can be twin) with quality bed linen and large wardrobe. There is also a digital flat-screen television (more than 100 channels). Adjoining the bedroom is a spacious bathroom, complete with the usual amenities also boasts and Italian shower.
There are a wonderful choice of pavement café's, restaurants and avant-gardist boutiques all in the epitome of the authentic and lively neighbourhood.

Through it's partnership with the Louison Hotel which is located only 20 metres away, The Atelier 103 offers guests the services of a true apart'hotel: Business centre, private parking, cleaning, as well as laundry service. Buffet breakfast may be taken at the Louison Hotel and guests are more than welcome to utilize the services of the Concierge at the Louison Hotel to arrange theatre bookings, restarant reservations, tours, cooking schools and airport/train transfers. Should guests have their own vehicle there are also 3 secure garages available at The Aviatic.
